Used to work perfectly but now when watching several episodes of a show the audio won't match up with the visual so I have to disconnect and reconnect to the casting device to fix. Also it would be much better if the "skip intro" was a small tab on the TV screen (or maybe not on the casting screen at all) instead spreading across the screen while casting (some of us might want to watch the intro) While casting the app will say "continue" but the TV will start from the beginning of an episode

Subtitles are blindingly bright when watching HDR content on an OLED screen. Please fix this. On the other hand, I can only "enjoy" this on my TV, as HDR doesn't work on my Galaxy Tab S7+ (Prime Video and Netflix do have HDR). Also, why can't I delete history? Not even a PIN prevents my children from putting stuff in my recently watched, as it does not log me out of my profile. Very frustrating service...

App constantly crashes. I usually use this app via casting to my TV. The app forgets it's casting and gives me no controls often! It also doesn't keep my place for tv shows or movies.So very annoying! Lastly, titles on watchlist should be more organized. By genre and whether it's a movie or show would be nice as well. At the moment, it's just a messy list that doesn't bring me joy to scroll through. I do love the variety-price ratio. But the app? Yeah it sucks!
