Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with Infrastructure, Networking, Cloud/On-premises or Site Reliability.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team Site Reliability Engineering projects in IaaS/SaaS, cloud computing or emerging technologies.
- Experience in partnering with engineering and infrastructure teams to facilitate the design and delivery of networking products.
- Experience in technical program management outcomes from idea to launching programs in multiple contexts with the focus on automation.
- Ability to craft a compelling message and tailor it for a given audience and mix technical acumen to deliver a story.

Responsibilities
- Drive Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) programs by aligning cross-functional teams on timelines, goals, and deliverables.
- Manage escalations and unblock obstacles, ensure all leadership/stakeholders are aware of progress/blockers on a continuous basis.
- Drive strategic and tactical decisions throughout all organisations and levels.
- Shape technical directions and add value to various engineering efforts, while understanding the program implications of various engineering and business trade-offs.
- Design and roll-out processes and tools to increase the velocity of engineering teams, the quality of delivery and take responsibility for release schedules and milestones, keeping up a high velocity in a fast-paced environment.
