Go-To-Market Growth Lead, Go-To-Market Practice, Google Cloud (English, Korean)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of technical or GTM planning experience for a Cloud business in a customer-facing or support role.
  • Experience executing Go-To-Market (GTM) motions, leading the business through insights into performance.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Korean fluently in order to interact with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in promoting Cloud products.
  • Ability to learn, understand, and work with new emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud/IT technology space.
  • Ability to deliver a business pitch to the C-Suite and board levels with excellent presentation skills.
  • Ability to collaborate across organizational boundaries, build relationships, and import and export ideas to achieve broader organizational goals.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure effective application of the plays in the sub-region, facilitating knowledge sharing and best practice dissemination among field teams, partners, and GTM stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with the Practice GTM and Regional Practice Leads on GTM plan with the relevant insights from the sub-regional performance. Understand the propensity models for each play and assess fit within the sub-region. Be responsible for the sub-regional execution of GTM plans for all plays.
  • Engage with the measurement and analysis of the cross-product portfolio performance to identify and capitalize on opportunities for driving business growth in the market.
  • Assist in delivering business reviews, tracking the progress of the GTM initiatives, and create a feedback loop.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams delivering feedback to create programs that enhance internal engagement and create organizational momentum.
