Strategic Partnerships Development Manager, Mobile Apps, Developers

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 4 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, or investment banking in the Consumer Electronics, Video Gaming, Apps, Ads, or Technology industries.
  • Experience in working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Experience in managing agreements or partnerships.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in managing end-to-end partnerships.
  • Experience with working in a changing, startup like environment.
  • Experience in a customer-facing role with excellent customer management, relationship building at C-level and with multiple stakeholders skills.
  • Knowledge of the apps ecosystem, business models, distribution channels, industry landscape, and developer success metrics.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic or Hebrew fluently to interact with the stakeholders in the region.

About the job

Apps and Gaming Partnerships team is responsible for growing Google's business with partner managers by providing business partner management for Google's suite of mobile app products (e.g., AdMob and Google Ad Manager).

In this role you will work with mobile developers/gaming studios across Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) by showcasing product offerings and mediation solutions to grow their business. You will provide the right advice that will enable our partners to grow using Google products, becoming a key thought-leader for the apps industry by being recognized as a key expert for gaming and non-gaming companies.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities

  • Enable apps partnerships to adopt Google's mediation solutions and identify new market opportunities.
  • Build trusted relationships with the partners and develop a thorough understanding of their business tests.
  • Be responsible for driving business growth for our partners and leverage everything Google provides to make them successful.
  • Represent Google at developer conferences, in-person meetings, and marketing events.
  • Advocate for Google products to top web and app developers in EMEA.
