  • Experience working effectively on a product, team or process.

About the job

As part of the Google Cloud Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and operations team, you will be focused on prioritizing, designing, and executing planned programs for all go-to-market sales teams that help drive the global priorities. This entails managing programs that span across Google Cloud platform product and solution areas, industry and technical competency building, and the standardized operational pattern of the business. In this role, you will consult and collaborate with account teams and cross-functional leaders to craft and deliver curated agendas for customer engagements that will inspire, engage, and educate enterprise decision makers to drive business objectives, while providing excellent customer experiences. You'll apply your business and technical skills and your understanding of the cloud solutions and technology landscape to facilitate meaningful dialogs and demonstrations. As a Program Manager, You will lead internal and external stakeholders, driving cross-functional relationships to ensure program utilization and partnering with in-region teams to deliver excellent customer experiences globally.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $158,000-$235,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Scale the work of the Google Cloud GTM teams by creating, defining, running, and reporting on global cross-functional programs according to business needs.
  • Measure and report on key metrics to identify any need to change course, cancel or scale the programs effectiveness globally.
  • Communicate status and identify any obstacles and paths for resolution to stakeholders, including executive leaders, in a transparent, regular, professional, and timely manner.
  • Establish expectations and rationale on deliverables for stakeholders and contributors.
  • Provide program performance feedback to enable efficient cross-functional operations and iterate on the program effectively, rapidly, and at scale.
