- Experience working with service providers or solution integrator ecosystems.
- Ability to communicate in English and Japanese fluently as this is a customer-facing role that requires interactions in English and Japanese with local stakeholders.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience with technology implementation of cloud solutions for customers.
- Experience with consumption business models, cloud economics, and partner agreement constructs.
- Experience delivering presentations to audience, including at customer, partner, or industry events.
- Experience partnering with solutions providers, system integrators, or managed service providers.

As a Partner Development Manager for Cloud Integrators you will be responsible for the sales organization by identifying the partner, based on partner capabilities and capacity, to progress opportunities and drive consumption. You will build and maintain an understanding of Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem, market dynamics, and go-to-market strategies for both partner and business by industry and segment. You will manage and optimize the performance of the partners you align to opportunities, ensure early engagement in the business process, ensure delivery quality, and drive optimal outcomes while balancing expansion of the local partner ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Recruit, develop and expand new practice areas and offerings for Google’s growing Ecosystem of Services partners. Strengthen the practices of partners specializing in the Google Cloud Business.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing and new partners, providing strategic advice, thought leadership and daily oversight.
- Monitor and optimize partner business performance, aligning partner capabilities and priorities with Google's objectives to achieve quarterly goals. Conduct quarterly business reviews with key service partners and Google leadership.
- Enable partners to scale their Google practice and product portfolio by co-developing solutions and services. Deliver tailored presentations on Google's cloud platform technologies to support joint business growth.
