Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners, and helping them find ways to grow using Google's newest product offerings. As a Top Partner Manager within the EMEA Top Partners team, you will be a strategic, forward-thinking, problem-solving manager, who can help us deliver on the huge opportunity for Luxury in EMEA. Most of the projects and initiatives that you work on will span across multiple functions, including Partnerships, Cloud and Products teams.
EMEA Partners are composed of Top Partner Managers who enable Trade to Trade (T2T) relationships, deliver commercial impact, advance AI, and drive allyships across key industries, specifically within the Retail and Travel team leading work with Luxury Partners from France. In this role, you will partner with multiple global and regional business, partnerships, and product teams to provide dedicated “One Google” support to a strategic partners, incubate transformative big ideas centered around AI and Cloud, and accelerate agreements through strategic initiatives like Agentic AI and cross-functional joint business plans. Furthermore, you will enable front-line teams via cross-functional industry narratives and engage with broader ecosystems to assess needs and bring the best of Google to solve complex industry challenges.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
Responsibilities
- Identify, lead and execute holistic cross-functional initiatives across Google’s teams and products in Retail, including executive engagements, joint business plans and transformational agreements covering multiple opportunities.
- Collaborate with executive Retail and Regional decision-makers (Executive Sponsors, Senior Stakeholders, Cross-Product Area (xPA) Leads and teams, Cloud executives, etc) to remove roadblocks for Top Partners and the industry, resulting in commercial/relationship outcomes.
- Deliver thought leadership and drive partner initiatives based on your holistic industry expertise. Enable teams to develop tailored vertical solutions across the Retail value chain.
- Facilitate and coordinate communities of LCS, Cloud, Business Development (BD), and other Product Area (PA) teams working with your partners, creating internal transparency, cohesion, and clear objectives.
- Support Google’s velocity efforts in the UK where relevant (regulation, sustainability) and connect with key stakeholders through industry events, panels and policy campaigns.
