As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a part of the Product Management (PM) and Product Strategy and Operations (PS&O) Steering Committees, you will provide leadership, support, and oversight for PM and PS&O functions, respectively, focusing on talent, learning and development, community, and practice.

You will serve as a lead for the Product Strategy and Operations Steering Committee and a key architect of the PM and PS&O Practice Pillar. You will navigate high-level ambiguity, influence executive leadership (SVP Chiefs and PA VPs), and lead cross-functional initiatives that impact every PM and PS&O Googler across the company.

In this role, you will blend critical process improvement work with initiatives supporting PM and PS&O Googlers. The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$258,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. • Advocate for functional excellence by partnering with people operations and recruiting to optimize internal mobility programs and represent the PM and PS&O functions on structural initiatives like hiring and organizational health.
