Minimum qualifications:

  • 3 years of administrative experience in a technology company or multinational environment working on administrative tasks (e.g., travel management, expense reports, calendar management, facilities coordination, etc.).
  • Experience in managing calendars, coordinating travel, and processing expense reports.
  • Experience in Google Workspace (e.g., Gmail, Calendar, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Meet).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to be proactive, resourceful, and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to cultivate strong relationships and leverage multiple perspectives.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of your managers and team members and help them stay focused on their projects by resolving operational and administrative issues before they arise. You move quickly with the changing environment and are up to date with the latest Google products and services. You also use that knowledge to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgment and communication skills needed to interact with a variety of people and job functions.

As an Administrative Business Partner, you're at the heart of your team's business operations and activities and the soul that keeps your team moving forward. You anticipate the needs of the executives you support and help them stay focused on their projects by proactively resolving operational and administrative issues. You move quickly in a rapidly-changing environment and are up-to-date with the latest Google tools, products, and services. You use your expertise to strategically support your team's projects. In addition to being extremely organized and analytical, you possess the strong business judgement and polished communication skills needed to interact with a variety of internal teams, external clients, and job functions.

Responsibilities

  • Schedule meetings, manage complex calendars, coordinate international and domestic travel arrangements, and process expense reports.
  • Plan, manage and execute business critical internal and external meetings (virtual and in person), including executive staff meetings, Town Halls, leadership forums, etc. Assist with content development and conduct corresponding follow-ups on action items. Support the planning and execution of team events, offsites, and social gatherings.
  • Assist with various team projects, including research, data compilation, presentation preparation, and tracking progress. Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders across various functions and levels. Partner with Strategy and Operations teams to ensure business continuity across the organizations.
  • Uphold the absolute highest standards of Google confidentiality, demonstrating an advanced comprehension of relevant policies and procedures. Demonstrate the capacity for rapid, resourceful problem-solving and adept prioritization.
