Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in an Engineering or technical field.
- Certification in PCS Type Certification Review Board (PTCRB)/Global Certification Forum (GCF) or US Carrier certification such as RF performance, protocol and IP/IMS layers.
- 10 years of experience in Program Management and operating a network of laboratories.
- 10 years of experience in leading, optimizing and managing large teams.
- Experience in coordinating team members from multiple disciplines to complete certification processes and documentation.
- Ability to enable technical discussions with customer Subject Matter Experts.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead a large, global team of Lab Program Managers responsible for NPI and In-Market global Carrier Conformance Certification.
- Lead a tools and automation software Technical Program Management team to develop, deploy, and continuously improve custom Cloud-based, centralized business systems.
- Drive operational productivity including extended workforce standards, processes, data pipelines, automation, cost savings initiatives, and metrics.
- Sponsor and coordinate cross-organizational strategic programs to land top-level organizational objectives.
- Collaborate closely with internal cross-functional teams such as Modem Software, Antenna/RF, Carrier Technical Account Manager/Program Manager, Software Provisioning Manager, Hardware Engineering Project Management, etc., and drive escalations as required.
