Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions.
- 4 years of experience working in a customer-facing role.
- 3 years of experience using the sales lifecycle to drive business.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience of thought leadership in applying data driven models that have had a tangible impact on marketing operations across international markets.
- Experience selling to or consulting with agencies, and working overseas.
- Knowledge of one or more international markets/regions, and Google Ads products.
- Ability to align multiple stakeholders internally and externally to defined goals and deliverables, and take initiative and work well in ambiguity.
- Familiarity with agency business and marketing strategy.
- Excellent communication skills and a goal-oriented mindset.

In this role, you will be a trusted advisor to our customers. From strategic planning support and identifying the right target markets, to setting them up for success within their non-domestic footprint, you will provide insights and hands-on support, helping them reach and exceed their international ambitions. Working closely with our agencies and advertisers, you will develop an in-depth understanding of their business needs, objectives, and decision processes. Your entrepreneurial spirit, communication and problem-solving abilities will allow you to identify the levers for success. Based on your knowledge of online media and understanding of our product suite, you will create solutions that turn plans into results.
Responsibilities
- Identify international growth opportunities based on existing frameworks and tools, and develop new ideas and approaches to drive international growth and scale for an assigned portfolio.
- Understand your customers’ objectives, and help them achieve these by developing forward-thinking, data-driven export sales recommendations and by educating them on wider export-related topics and opportunities.
- Understand the market landscape, and develop and execute projects around international growth, impacting clients' understanding of global markets.
- Contribute to growing international growth acumen and resources within Google, and support other members in your network by sharing knowledge about your assigned market.
- Build thorough knowledge related to advertising on Google Search, Apps, Google Display Network, and YouTube.
