Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience with security engineering, computer and network security and security protocols.
- 4 years of experience with security assessments or security design reviews or threat modeling.
Preferred qualifications:
- Certification in Security+ or similar Cyber Security/Incident Response.
- Experience analyzing, triaging, and remediating common information security incidents.
- Experience with automation via coding or scripting.
- Understanding of common attacker tactics, tools, and techniques.

As a Security Analyst on the Google Cloud Business Platform (GCBP) team, you will be working alongside other security and privacy engineers to uncover risk and drive remediations across multiple systems. You will utilize both your technical aptitude and excellent communication skills to ensure Google Cloud securely delivers on our promise to support Cloud's growth across the world.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Perform security reviews.
- Participate in threat model development.
- Develop remediation recommendations.
- Drive impact across multiple aspects of security remediations and hardening.
- Understand risk and propose improvements to security policies.
