Analytical Lead, Large Customer Sales (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in media analytics, advertising sales, digital media and marketing, consulting, or financial analysis.
  • Experience in building and automating reporting dashboards using Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, Spotfire, Qlik, Looker Studio.
  • Experience in writing and executing SQL-based database queries, with experience in their practical application.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience in performing feature engineering techniques to optimize data pipelines and build models for business problem-solving.
  • Experience in developing and implementing a variety of data models, including predictive, descriptive, and prescriptive models, for business applications (e.g., R, Python, SAS etc.).
  • Ability to translate business problems into analysis frameworks and translate analysis results back into business recommendations.
  • Ability to grow in fluid environments and to deliver simple and engaging stories.
  • Excellent communication, time management and prioritization skills.

In this role, you will work with clients across various industries to optimize their online advertising strategies and help them achieve their business purposes. You will be the point of contact for large customers on anything around data, in the form of analysis and insights. You will do a thorough search into data to uncover opportunities and insights for customers, to turn into narratives. You will analyze their market coverage and Google campaign performance to find out new opportunities. You will develop data-driven methodologies to forecast returns and business outcomes based on client Key Performance Indicator (KPIs). You will help them optimize their branding investments and align their efforts with the audience. You will share these insights as a consultant with the customers as well as to sales teams internally.

We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Provide support and consulting on client's/partner’s strategy in the areas of sales, marketing or product development, and translate data into answers to business questions or insights to facilitate business decision-making.
  • Develop and own modeling for key client/partner projects, apply or customize investigative tools (e.g., dashboards) and frameworks to identify opportunities, and develop solutions to optimize client/partner business and maximize the use and effectiveness of Google products.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to drive business growth with client's/partner's, conduct in-depth analysis and identify business opportunities, and support the development of go-to-market business pitch and marketing collateral.
  • Build and manage relationships with client/partner stakeholders across functions and levels, and own the relationship with the stakeholders.
  • Provide insights regarding digital marketing capabilities and performance improvement opportunities, and develop recommendations.
