Industry Manager, Gaming, Large Customer Sales (English, Vietnamese)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of experience in digital marketing or digital media/advertising sales.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Vietnamese fluently to communicate with and serve Vietnamese speaking customers.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working in the gaming/apps business, media, business development, marketing, or consultative sales.
  • Experience in growing and maintaining high-value managed accounts through a consultative approach.
  • Knowledge of Google advertising products across apps, video, display, and search.
  • Ability to use creative approaches to develop solutions through data.
  • Excellent organizational, problem solving, influencing, and presentation skills.

As an Industry Manager, you will interact in Vietnamese with local clients and stakeholders in this customer-facing role.Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and
industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Partner and consult with customers in Vietnam, with the goal of co-developing effective digital strategies, increasing product knowledge and adoption, optimizing customer advertising and growing the business.
  • Structure joint business plans for key customer accounts and help transform growth curves through understanding of their business objectives, key performance indicators, and issues.
  • Analyze data trends and customer performance to generate industry insights, collaborate cross-functionally to identify next big bets, and prepare and conduct transformational pitches and presentations.
  • Develop case studies of successful campaigns in order to share insights with customers and to participate in industry events and conferences.
  • Develop and maintain C-level relationships, serve as a point of contact to customers and advise on digital trends.
