Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in sales enablement, program management, or product marketing within the technology sector.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience creating sales narratives and enablement programs for technical products (e.g., SaaS, Security, or Operating Systems).
  • Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) or knowledge base strategies for internal audiences.

The Platforms and Devices Commercial Organization is responsible for bringing Google’s integrated hardware and software ecosystem to enterprise customers globally. In this role, you will be the engine behind our global business, designing the programs that drive business and market share. Your primary mission is to ensure our sellers have the skills, confidence, and commercial narratives to win in the market. You will focus on enabling our field teams to cover Chrome Browser, Chrome Operating System (ChromeOS), Cameyo, and Android Enterprise. You will partner directly with sales leadership, product, and marketing to build Artificial Intelligence (AI) fueled learning journeys that bridge the gap between technical innovation and commercial execution. You will work in a changing environment as an Individual Contributor, collaborating closely with Product, Marketing, Sales Operations, and Engineering to build scalable programs that drive business productivity.The Platforms and Devices team encompasses Google's various computing software platforms across environments (desktop, mobile, applications), as well as our first party devices and services that combine the best of Google AI, software, and hardware. Teams across this area research, design, and develop new technologies to make our user's interaction with computing faster and more seamless, building innovative experiences for our users around the world.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $130,000-$191,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Design, launch, and manage business enablement strategies across the Platforms and Devices portfolio, including Chrome Browser, Chrome Operating System (ChromeOS), Cameyo, and Android.
  • Ensure sales teams are equipped to position the unique value of each product as well as the integrated ecosystem story.
  • Partner with Product Marketing and Subject Matter Experts to translate technical updates and product launches into compelling business plays, pitch decks, and engaged battlecards. Simplify concepts from virtualization to mobile security into actionable commercial insights.
  • Act as the bridge between the field and corporate. Gather feedback from sales teams to influence product roadmaps and ensure marketing messaging aligns with real-world customer conversations.
  • Define and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for enablement effectiveness, such as adoption, competency, and pipeline influence. Use data to identify knowledge gaps across the portfolio and drive continuous improvement.
