Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in Partner Management, Business Development, Sales, or Channel Development in the technology industry.
- Experience in public cloud solutions across SaaS, PaaS, or IaaS.
- Experience in, or supporting industry, specialization, etc.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience interfacing with and serving as a trusted partner for C-level executives in partner companies.
- Experience working with Server, Storage or Network OEMs/ODMs.
- Experience managing and growing technology partnership relationships with cross-functional teams internally and externally.
- Experience in telecommunications or OEM businesses.
- Experience launching partner products and solutions, including channel go-to-market motions such as multi-partner solutions, procurement through cloud marketplaces, and consumption-based solutions, while planning and managing at operational levels.
- Understanding of Google platform products.

As Strategic Partner Development Manager, you will build and launch key relationships with OEM, ISV and SI partners to drive business growth. In this role, you will negotiate partnerships, resolve business issues and analyze key metrics to identify trends. - Build and manage the relationship with OEM, ISV or SI (System Integration) partners that are critical to the success of the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC).
- Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy and negotiation tactics to define business goals.
- Conduct market research analysis to identify emerging trends, opportunities, and potential threats related to partnerships.
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements, including terms, conditions, and performance metrics, to ensure mutual benefit and long-term success.
- Monitor and evaluate partnership performance against established goals and metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize results.
