Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, business development, or digital marketing, or 6 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or clients.
- Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with clients in the region.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience building relationships with C-level executives, and managing multiple projects, business leads, and internal stakeholders.
- Experience selling creative solutions within the finance, technology, and telecommunications verticals at executive levels.
- Experience with Google Ad solutions, video advertising (e.g., AI-powered performance and video, connected TV)
- Ability to develop joint business plans in compound environments, collaborate across organizations, and drive business success for customers and Google.
- Understanding of competitor landscape across traditional and digital media advertising.
- Excellent tactical thinking and systems thinking skills, and the ability to align strategies to deliver customer business outcomes.

As a Senior Account Executive, you will own senior relationships with some of the largest advertisers in Mexico. You will use your knowledge of the advertising space, data-driven insights, and executive collaborating skills, and provide guidance to C-level stakeholders on how to maximize business objectives using Google Ads, YouTube, and Google Marketing Platform solutions while meeting quarterly goals. You will also coach and mentor account managers, and work with cross-functional partners across the ads ecosystem.

Responsibilities
- Engage and influence key decision-makers, including C-suite executives, building trusted relationships to understand their core business issues and priorities.
- Lead the development of joint business plans, aligning with customers on goals and establishing shared accountability to unlock growth opportunities.
- Design and pitch effective, data-driven Google solutions tailored to customer needs, leveraging knowledge of Google’s advertising offerings and compelling storytelling, while effectively navigating objections to secure investment and exceed business goals.
- Demonstrate Google's value by measuring campaign results against customer objectives and competitor’s offerings, and sharing data-driven insights that shape customer strategies and reinforce the partnership.
- Own the customer's growth trajectory by proactively identifying and cultivating a pipeline of new opportunities, leveraging insights and proven success to expand the partnership.
