- 5 years of experience in program management.
- Experience with release management.

Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience with systems engineering approaches including verification and validation.
- Experience in product localization.
- Experience managing feature development, quality, and tech efforts.
- Experience with stage-gate product development life cycle management.

As a Technical Program Manager at Google, you’ll use your technical expertise to lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish. You're equally comfortable explaining your team's analyses and recommendations to executives as you are discussing the technical tradeoffs in product development with engineers.
The Google Home Voice Experiences team is bringing the conversational power of Gemini to Google home devices. The team is responsible for the delivery of AI-powered experiences and the underlying tech stack from concept to launch. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of AI-powered experiences in the home. You will lead high priority programs involving multiple teams and product areas, you will also identify challenges and opportunities across the organization and establish scalable operating models and systems to improve effectiveness, consistency, and efficiency.
The Google Home team focuses on hardware, software and services offerings for the home, ranging from thermostats to smart displays. The Home team researches, designs, and develops new technologies and hardware to make users’ homes more helpful. - Drive delivery of new capabilities and quality improvements.
- Leverage programmatic and technical knowledge to manage timelines, issues, and risks.
- Build operating partnerships across functions and teams to identify and manage dependencies.
- Manage project communications and escalations across teams and to leadership.
- Create processes and systems that enable teams to work quickly and efficiently.
