Agency and Partner Lead

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, agencies, or media.
  • Experience in people management.
  • Experience in solutions/consultative sales.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience building and managing scaled global programs.
  • Experience navigating complex customer organizational structures, developing technology programs, defining milestones, success criteria, resource allocation, and on-time delivery.
  • Understanding of the Advertising industry's issues, a vision for growth, and commitment to advancing Google's strategies within the marketplace.
  • Demonstrated executive presence, with the ability to effectively grow relationships and deepen partnerships.
  • Demonstrated creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills, combined with a strong sense of ownership, and a proactive can-do attitude.

Whether through building stronger tech and media foundations, surfacing cutting edge insights or structuring industry dialogue, GCAS helps shape what’s next into now.

Responsibilities

  • Lead a portfolio of Global Agencies and Partners, driving investment and adoption of solutions.
  • Build and foster long-term senior relationships with global/regional decision makers, as well as their agency counterparts, managing the end-to-end customer relationship for their media, tech, and data needs.
  • Build and manage a high-performing team to deliver complex business-centric solutions and create a culture of business innovation and client success on the team. Coach, motivate, inspire, and develop a team.
  • Lead the design overall media, data and tech transformation strategy which is reflected in QBRs, JBPs, etc., pitching benefits of adopting Google platforms and products.
  • Oversee global coordination across different internal Google teams as well as external agency stakeholders.
