Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with Test Management (e.g., test methodologies, planning, execution, and reporting) in a data center environment or experience with hardware testing, process validation, or software testing.
- Experience with systems integration and validation processes.
Preferred qualifications:
- 5 years of industry experience with electrical troubleshooting, electrical assembly, and mechanical assembly.
- Experience with soldering and custom printed circuit board level rework (e.g., 0201,01005, QFNs, BGAs, CSPs...etc.).
- Experience in Electrical Engineering and RF, with high speed/mixed signal Oscilloscopes, power spectrum analyzers and network analyzers.
- Experience with PCB design environments and tools (e.g., Cadence, Mentor, Zuken).
- Experience with RF with antennas, spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, Over-The-Air chambers, power meters and call boxes.

Responsibilities
- Be a part of a Cross Functional Team that supports several Engineering Hardware Design groups. Work independently but also take direction from multiple sources (Lab Manager, Hardware Engineers/Designers and fellow Technicians).
- Work and apply hardware modifications to prototypes, perform hardware design validation tasks, compile documents and test data into various documentation formats, and present to Engineering Teams.
- Perform daily inventory tracking of all electrical lab equipment within labs. Maintain maintenance and calibration tracking for all electrical lab equipment.
- Manage and drive lab expenses for supplies, equipment, and capital expenditures. Implement lab safety and compliance policies.
- Assist with shipping, receiving and equipment logistical duties for the labs, and lift and assist in moving heavier test equipment.
