Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 12 years of experience in advertising sales, digital marketing, consulting, or media.
- Experience working within the Japanese business environment.
- Experience in people management.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience influencing executive-level clients and stakeholders and driving results in complex, agile environments.
- Leadership experiece in sales/operations management, strategic planning, and systems thinking, with the ability to align strategies and deliver customer business outcomes.
- Experience in developing sales teams to deliver results with a shared purpose, including ability to sell and propose creative technologies across a landscape of key decision makers.
- Knowledge of Google Ad Solutions, video advertising and the key competitor landscape across traditional and digital brand media advertising.
- Understanding of customer business objectives and ability to develop joint business plans in complex, ambiguous environments.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.As a Global Account Lead, you will define/refine strategy and go-to-market approaches for our customer across the globe. You will be responsible for growing a global leading tech brand, and building global, fully-dedicated account teams and managing them.
In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring strategic alignment and clear communication, with a keen awareness of cultural nuances, between Sony's Japanese corporate headquarter and its US-based business unit headquarters.
You will be a collaborative thought partner to clients and speak for the entirety of the Google business, versed across all products in the portfolio. In addition, you will also cultivate cross-functional collaboration, fostering strong partnerships across internal teams, ensuring alignment on account planning decisions, coordinated execution, and the delivery of comprehensive "OneGoogle" solutions to clients.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $195,000-$275,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Manage a team of Account Executives, set and communicate team priorities and make decisions and support activities that align with Google’s values.
- Build and manage relationships with C-level clients and senior partner stakeholders. Develop a comprehensive understanding of their business challenges, marketing objectives, and success metrics.
- Structure a clear, long-term joint strategy between Google and clients, and lead a cross-functional team within Google to collaborate on projects and drive client success.
- Plan for, and achieve, growth goals, through the presentation of Google advertising products/solutions that will help clients to meet their marketing objectives.
- Build an in-depth knowledge of how Google advertising products work and can be used to help meet a wide range of marketing objectives.
