Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in Partner Sales, Business Development, Sales Programs, or Go-To-Market Strategy in a Cloud or SaaS environment
- 8 years of experience with CRM (Salesforce), analytics tools (Looker, Tableau), and demand generation platforms
- 8 years of experience working with mid-market and corporate customers, driving pipeline and revenue growth in this segment
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in managing and scaling partner-led demand generation programs
- Deep knowledge of the APAC partner ecosystem, including GSIs, ISVs, distributors, and regional resellers
- Strong understanding of Business development/Sales development motions, sales engagement strategies, and pipeline acceleration through partners
- Ability to build structured, repeatable processes that drive scaled execution across multiple sub-regions
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, Partner Ecosystem, and BDR leadership

As the BDR Partner Programs Lead will be responsible for driving the BDR partner strategy and execution across APAC, owning the pBDR and partner pass motions and ensuring strong collaboration with Google Cloud’s partner ecosystem to generate and progress pipeline at scale. In this role, you will lead partner-led BDR initiatives, establish structured engagement models, and drive execution at scale across multiple partner types, including GSIs, ISVs, and regional cloud resellers.
Additionally, you will own the Corporate Segment BDR motion, ensuring high-impact engagement strategies for mid-market and corporate customers while aligning closely with partner teams, sales leadership, and marketing across APAC sub-regions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a scalable, repeatable, and high-impact BDR model that enables Google Cloud’s partners to drive pipeline growth through pBDR and partner pass motions.
- Lead the BDR strategy and execution for mid-market and corporate customer segments, ensuring strong alignment with Partner Sales and Field Sales teams.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with GSIs, ISVs, and regional cloud resellers, ensuring joint execution plans that maximize pipeline impact.
- Design structured engagement models, playbooks, and scalable motions to drive partner-led demand generation, ensuring consistency across APAC sub-regions.
- Build enablement frameworks and best practices to enhance partner sales engagement, BDR productivity, and campaign effectiveness.
