Account Manager, Large Customer Sales, (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of advertising, consultative sales, business development, online media environment, or marketing role.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to engage with local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a business related field.
  • Experience gathering and presenting technical and financial data to promote products, services, and solutions, and working in a customer-facing role.
  • Experience in developing strategies to achieve business objectives.
  • Experience using the sales life-cycle to drive business.
  • Expertise in performance marketing or e-commerce, from a retail, travel or finance field.
  • Understanding of digital marketing products and the evolving landscape. Stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence across all levels of the organization to align on shared goals.

The Large Customer Sales (LCS) Colombia team works with a diverse portfolio of the biggest advertisers in Colombia. In this role, you will bring the best of Google solutions to several key customers in our team to help them grow domestically and internationally. You will be transforming the businesses to prepare for the future. This includes working strategically with executive stakeholders across functions, requires proactive and innovative thinking and is a great opportunity to explore personal and professional growth opportunities. Also, you will work, educate, test, advise and ultimately promote to the decision makers of these global brands.

Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement comprehensive business strategies for key clients, leveraging Google's advertising products (search, display, video, apps and Programmatic) to drive domestic and international growth and achieve the business goals.
  • Cultivate and manage relationships with key stakeholders at top companies across various industries and media agencies, understand the unique needs and tests.
  • Analyze data trends and consumer insights to identify opportunities and develop narratives that drive client growth and maximize business impact.
  • Own your book of business, aligning customer objectives and expectations with internal and external Google resources to foster long-term growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, expanding the scope and impact of our partnerships. Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing data-driven optimizations to drive sustainable growth and achieve client objectives.
