Data Transformation Lead (Portuguese, English)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in data-motivated marketing, advertising technologies and business analytics tools.
  • Experience in marketing analytics.
  • Ability to communicate in Portuguese and English fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience working with advertisers, agencies, or customers in a consulting/sales capacity.
  • Experience partnering with customer's to identify technical issues and opportunities, selling Advertising Technology and Marketing Technology solutions, and leading project planning.
  • Experience in working with the Google products (e.g., Google Ads, display and video (DV360), Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, Ads Data Hub or Google Cloud) and familiar with big data and data warehouses (e.g., DSPs, customer data platform (CDPs), data management platform (DMPs), targeting, etc.).
  • Ability to deliver presentations that tell stories through data and influence a broad spectrum of stakeholders (from working team to executive).

The Data, Measurement and Analytics team (DM&A) within Integrated sector accelerates growth for Google's largest customers in Brazil by harnessing the power of data, technology, and advanced measurement techniques. We partner with large customer sales (LCS) sellers to drive customer value, influence product direction, and redefine industry standards. Through data-motivated insights and solutions, we empower our clients to achieve exceptional business outcomes and stay ahead in today's dynamic market.


As a Data Transformation Lead, you will act as the primary technical architect and consultant, designing and enabling the foundational data infrastructure that connects our clients core business results to Google's advertising solutions. You will ensure the quality, completeness, and value of the data that powers all subsequent analysis, optimization, and measurement.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Design and oversee the integration of client first-party data (e.g., CRM, offline sales) with Google, creating the technical foundation for a unified view of the customer journey.
  • Ensure the client's measurement stack (e.g., Google Analytics) is implemented flawlessly to accurately capture the business outcomes and user behaviors.
  • Serve as the lead technical consultant for clients, translating infrastructure needs into clear business value and building the case for investment in data maturity.
  • Serve as the foundational partner to Analytics Leads, guaranteeing the quality, completeness, and reliability of the data used for all advanced modeling and impact analysis.
