Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- Knowledge of SQL and ability to analyze Data.
- Ability to drive complex, cross-functional, and ambiguous projects. Excellent problem solving skills to unblock obstacles and drive projects to completion.
- Ability to work in start-up environments.
- Ability to learn and become an subject-matter-expert in new subject areas.
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities
- Partner with YouTube’s (YT) product partnerships (e.g., subscription bundling partnerships, distribution partnerships leads) to identify key areas that require GTM support.
- Lead strategy and execution for projects that enable operational excellence, decision making, and scale across YouTube’s product partnership agreements.
- Build processes that enable the YouTube product partnerships team to execute through the agreement lifecycle.
- Build trusted relationships with cross-functional partners required for product partnerships agreements, including Operations, Product, Engineering, Business Development, Finance, Legal, and YT Business Technology.
- Become a subject-matter-expert in YouTube’s product partnerships portfolio, and develop insights to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
