Business Analyst, Creator Partnerships, YouTube

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Maths, Quantitative Science, or related technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience working in data analytics, consulting, data science, engineering, or a technical operations role.
  • Experience in statistical problem solving and analyzing data sets using Python or coding languages (e.g., R, Java, C++).
  • Experience in developing dashboards and reports to support customer-facing users and executive users.
  • Experience in analyzing data and sharing insights with leadership.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a Quantitative field.
  • Experience in developing automated solutions to empower customer-facing teams (e.g. automated insights/recommendations, assignments and segmentation).
  • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM solutions.
  • Experience working as part of a Sales or Partnerships operations team.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $117,000-$167,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Create reports on overall program performance and key metrics.
  • Analyze program performance to explain performance variations and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop analyses through automation to empower front-line partner managers.
  • Build and manage dashboards for leadership.
  • Create presentations to inform leadership of insights.
