Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience working in Sales Strategy and Operations in partnership with Field Sales.
- Experience in SaaS, cloud computing, or emerging technologies.
- Experience with Go-To-Market (GTM), cross-functional teams, and leading operational initiatives.
- Must be a US Citizen to meet customer and compliance requirements,
including potential access to classified information.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's Degree in Business Administration or Computer Science.
- Experience working within a high-growth, technology company.
- Knowledge of the Public Sector.

The Regional Sales Operations Specialist, Customer Engineering, will play a pivotal role in driving the success of the GTM organization and will report to the Regional Sales Operations Manager. This role is aligned to support the Managing Director of the overall US Public Sector Customer Engineering sales organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of day-to-day and strategic operational tasks, ensuring seamless execution and alignment with overall business objectives. This position will align with the Customer Engineers, Field Sales, and cross-functional teams.Responsibilities
- Work with the Regional Sales Operations Manager and GTM Customer Engineering leadership team to drive, influence and achieve alignment on business goals.
- Execute operational and strategic initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing recommendations.
- Prepare forecasting call materials, reporting, and insights for the leadership team to accelerate business growth.
- Collaborate with the global organization to support strategic initiatives on both an on-going and Ad hoc basis.
- Contribute to the annual and quarterly planning processes, which includes the development of the business plan, operating model, resource allocation, prioritization and compensation design.
