  • Knowledge of Looker's products and the value they provide to customers.

About the job

In this role, you will be focused on renewals and expansion business, you will help us grow our Looker business by maintaining and growing relationships with our existing customer base. You will work with customers to deliver the business value, demonstrate product functionality, and provide a comprehensive overview of key business use cases. You will accelerate business growth by engaging with our clients, building internal/external alignment, and successfully manage opportunities in an overlay model to the Field Sales organization.


You will also prospect, qualify, develop, and facilitate Looker opportunities for growth through cloud driven business transformation. You will build a pipeline and work with account teams to create customer solutions and drive agreements. You will lead day-to-day relationships with external customer stakeholders, leading with empathy, while identifying innovative ways to multiply your impact and the impact of the team as a whole.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,500-$138,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Drive pipeline, manage renewal cycles, and expand the customer base, promoting Business Intelligence solutions to new groups inside existing customer organizations while delivering or exceeding against quarterly business and growth goals.
  • Increase engagement and experience for customers and prospects, building scalable and referenceable campaigns and testimonials alongside the account teams to maximize your territory.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with customers, actively collaborating long-term strategic direction and establishing yourself as a trusted advisor while proactively managing a portfolio of annual customer renewals, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction, retention and growth.
  • Verify agreements, data integrity of all quotes, review terms and conditions to ensure renewal subscriptions are in line with company guidelines and policy and strategize with the business organization on different renewal scenarios, promote and cross-sell strategies.
