About the job

As a Performance Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our Sales teams and solution specialists to navigate this complex environment. You will be the trusted advisor for our clients, engaging directly with IT, Marketing, and privacy-focused counterparts at client organizations, to understand their data architecture, marketing and performance objectives, helping them overcome tests related to Google's ads privacy products and solutions, and guiding them in effectively integrating first-party data to drive campaign performance. You will be instrumental in implementing best solutions to integrate first-party data, leveraging modeling and automation to improve campaign performance and achieve client goals, supporting Sales teams to analyze performance data, identify areas for improvement, and provide actionable recommendations to clients.

You will be the central point of contact within the Italian market for all initiatives related to Search Excellence and Acceleration. This includes ownership of the yearly plan execution. You will collaborate closely with EMEA counterparts to build, refine, and activate the yearly Search Excellence and Acceleration plan for Italy, ensuring alignment with the EMEA overall plan and coordinating the track and trade of Search Excellence initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and lead performance strategy plans and execution for our prioritized clients.
  • Develop and deliver compelling customer pitches for advanced activation strategies.
  • Manage expectations and maintain relationships with stakeholders to build rapport and credibility, and plan, create, deliver strategy, and provide input to help stakeholders.
  • Be a catalyst of new AI powered product solutions in Italy to help Sales teams scaling those in the market.
