Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 1 year of experience in supply chain operations, retail sector or consumer hardware.
- 1 year of program management experience.
- 1 year of experience with manufacturing, supply chain management, or fulfillment planning and execution in a new product introduction (NPI) role.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2 years of experience in FMCG/Retail replenishment.
- Experience with cross-functional partnership and change management.
- Experience in running collaborative planning, forecasting and replenishment processes with retailers, and managing regional sell-in, sell-through, and sell-out demand forecasting and inventory allocation throughout the product life cycle.
- Experience in planning, demand forecasting and inventory optimization.
- Excellent presentation, decision making, and strong critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop supply and demand models to minimize total costs and inventories while maintaining excellent service levels to customers. Lead cross-functional alignment on sales forecast and supply allocation.
- Collaborate with Demand Planning, Sales Operations, and Product Management teams to comprehend and influence demand. Drive consistently high levels of sell-in /sell-out forecast accuracy across retail partners and Google’s online channels.
- Work in partnership with Sustaining Operations, Materials Management, and Global Commodity teams to set optimal build plans and transportation choices to meet targets and budgets.
- Drive product success of metrics such as inventory, Excess and obsolescence (EandO), material spend, sales in and sales through, freight in, Cost of goods sold (COGS), and gross margins.
- Support regional/global implementation of new planning systems/upgrades, and drive continuous improvement initiatives in supply chain operational processes.
