  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience in managing projects within the Quality or Process Improvement space.
  • Experience in order and inventory flow in different logistics boundary systems such as SAP, WMS, etc.
  • Experience in managing and developing process documentation/standard operating procedures.

As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

The Google Cloud Logistics Continuous Improvement and Quality teams work with the broader logistics teams and cross-functional stakeholders to identify problems in fulfillment, discover solutions, and address them. The team works to document processes, share best practices, and hold partners accountable to meeting process quality standards, in service to meeting Google and Cloud/Technical Infrastructure goals. As a Logistics Quality Operations Manager, you will play a critical role in driving quality outcomes and improvements for logistics activities within the Data Center. You’ll be responsible for leading the overall quality program for Data Center logistics within the region. You’ll identify business challenges, drive the development of innovative solutions, and work with logistics providers to ensure adherence to process and quality standards.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $147,000-$216,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Track process quality outcomes for locations and teams throughout Data Center operations within the region against KPIs, and establish cross-functional relationships and business processes to help drive outcomes to meet performance standards.
  • Lead the implementation of quality audits of various sites and logistics operations within the region.
  • Utilize data to analyze business opportunities and to estimate and track impact, and support the development, implementation, and maintenance of process documentation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and vendors to unlock process improvements and drive sustainable process adherence, to drive better quality outcomes and performance against a variety of fulfillment and cost-savings KPIs.
  • Work collaboratively with business partners to develop requirements for software solutions to address business challenges and help support the rollout and adoption of systems that are used by or impact the process quality space.
