Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of industry experience in digital advertising, consultative sales, and business development.
  • Experience in identifying, negotiating, and closing brand and advertising agreements.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a business development or account management role, within the influencer marketing and social advertising sectors.
  • Ability to manage relationships with Holding Company (HoldCos) or IMAs, with an understanding of their services, structures and decision-making processes.
  • Ability to grow in a fluid and an evolving tech environment.

About the job

In this role, you will enable Influencer Marketing Agencies to capture the full value of YouTube’s creator ads solutions. You will be responsible for a portfolio of agencies, driving growth through enablement and roll out of creator ads solutions . You will have excellent business acumen, communication skills and manage cross-functional programs, both internally and externally. You will grow in this role if you are passionate about driving growth, excel at building relationships, and have an ability to identify and convert business opportunities within the digital advertising space. This role is all about expanding the creator ecosystem on YouTube and driving business, and adoption of Google's advertising solutions by connecting with agency partners and helping them build brand-creator campaigns.

This is a fixed-term contract (FTC) role starting in April 2026 and concluding in December 2026. As an FTC, you will be a direct employee of Google for the duration of the term.

As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with agencies and Influencer Management Agencies (IMAs) to drive the adoption and use of Google advertising products within influencer marketing campaigns and deliver business and agreements pacing goals.
  • Work with agency partners to help them have the capabilities, integrations and solutions to drive forward creator related advertising with YouTube.
  • Work across various teams at Google including our sales and YouTube partnerships team, to ensure the success of influencer ads programs through our partner agencies.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand YouTube's influencer and creator ecosystem.
  • Be an expert on Google's advertising solutions, demonstrating their value within creator related ad solutions. Have knowledge of the social landscape in Southeast Asia.
