  • Experience with Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies.
  • Experience with building products that protect users and create a safer internet.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

reCAPTCHA is Google Cloud's modern bot protection and fraud prevention platform. It protects websites from spam, abuse, and fraud, and works by analyzing user behavior and other factors to plan if it is a legitimate action performed by a legitimate identity on a legitimate device. If suspicious activity is detected, reCAPTCHA may take action to prevent unauthorized access, such as presenting tests or blocking the interaction altogether.

In this role, you will be responsible for driving reCAPTCHA's growth engine through ecosystem integration, product-led growth and third-party partnerships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the reCAPTCHA growth strategy and define product requirements, write detailed specifications, and collaborate with Engineering to deliver products and features.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, work with Marketing and Business to launch new products and features.
  • Conduct market research and user interviews to identify user needs and pain points. Use data and analytics to measure product performance, identify areas for improvement, and inform product decisions.
  • Build relationships with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, User Experience (UX), Marketing, Business, and others.
  • Promote a culture of experimentation within the team.
