Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience with software development in one or more programming languages, and with data structures/algorithms.
- 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
- 3 years of experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, distributed systems or networks, or experience with compute technologies, storage, or hardware architecture.
- Experience with ML infrastructure and ML platforms (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Onyx).
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
- 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
- Experience with cloud computing platform, or google cloud platform.
- Experience with privacy/security.
- Experience with Ads.

We are looking to hire for the Machine Learning Inference Platform. This team will be responsible for developing a privacy-safe platform that allows Ad Techs to execute their own pre-trained ML models (Tensorflow, PyTorch or Onnx). Our platforms will allow deployments into public clouds (Google Cloud Platform , Cloud Computing Platform) as well as private cloud environments. Our goal is to develop the best privacy enhancing technologies that Ad Techs can use for aiming users, while still respecting their privacy.
Responsibilities
- Write and test product or system development code.
- Design, develop and launch a new suite of privacy preserving Ads APIs that would shape the future of Ads Relevance.
- Design, implement and launch server side components that enable execution of pre-trained models to improve utility and relevance.
- Do rapid prototyping of different ideas, experiment with various technology and design choices, and inform our long-term architecture.
