Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or a related technical role.
- 3 years of experience in taking technical products from conception to launch.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in subscriber growth, user personalization, and navigating growth-facing challenges.
- Experience launching and owning core growth metrics, while working with Machine Learning (ML) systems and ML-focused teams.
- Understanding and application of consumer behavior insights in product strategy and development.
- Ability to initiate, develop, and build support for innovative ideas.
- Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to iterate rapidly through experimentation.
- Excellent collaboration skills, particularly across various functions (e.g., marketing, engineering, program management, legal, analysts, finance, data scientists).

As a Product Manager at Google, you could be working on new technologies, platforms, consumer facing products, and/or enterprise systems. Responsibilities
- Define and lead the strategic growth goal and roadmap for personalization, encompassing aiming, promotions, incentives, ARPU optimization.
- Lead rapid growth experiments to significantly lower barriers to entry and shape purchase flow design across all subscriber life-cycles, driven by consumer data and competitive analysis.
- Partner closely with ML team to maximize growth opportunities by leveraging user attributes, contexts, and moments across various markets.
- Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to deeply understand subscriber behavior, pinpoint churn drivers, uncover growth opportunities, and precisely measure the success of growth initiatives.
- Design and execute comprehensive user research studies, A/B tests, and other experiments to gather feedback, validate hypotheses, and build robust user mental models for our paywalls.
