Outbound Product Manager, Applied AI, AI/ML

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 8 years of product management experience within cloud, SaaS, enterprise or developer platform.
  • 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
  • Experience in FSI and Risk AI applications space (anti-money laundering, risk AI).

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • 5 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • 5 years of experience in a business function or role (e.g., strategic marketing, business operations, consulting).
  • 4 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to executive leadership.
  • 3 years of experience in software development or engineering.
  • 3 years of people management experience with direct reports, and in technical leadership.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

We are looking for an Outbound Product Manager that will play a critical role as the technical/domain expert and shape the direction of the Applied AI Risk AI portfolio product roadmap as well as drive our go-to-market strategy.

In this role, you will partner closely with Product Management, Engineering and cross-functional stakeholders. You will provide user and market insights to help product teams make more informed roadmap decisions. You will be responsible for developing differentiated partner strategy and enablement, product positioning and messaging, work with the broader market ecosystem (including customers, partners, analysts) and you will support go-to-market activities that drive business performance and customer satisfaction. You will be expected to regularly engage with customers and partners, gathering feedback and infusing these insights back into the organization.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $183,000-$271,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Advocate product capabilities informed by customer insights and market intelligence to support product and go-to-market decisions.
  • Engage customers and partners to regularly collect feedback, understand product adoption, and enable sellers and partners to articulate unique the value and positioning of Risk AI product portfolio.
  • Drive partner and sales enablement as well as broader scaled Go-to-Market (GTM) programs.
  • Enable product scaling through partnership strategy. Drive reactive and proactive competitive intelligence work on pricing, product portfolio
  • Monitor KPIs, data and translate into recommendations and actionable plans. Work cross-functionally with product, product operations, product marketing, sales and partnership teams.
