Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
- 10 years of experience in management consulting, operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity or corporate advisory, or 8 years of experience with an advanced degree.
- 6 years of experience in people management.
- 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
- 4 years of experience developing business strategies or managing cross-functional initiatives.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- Experience with investigative, problem-solving, quantitative analysis, and communicating findings to executive management.
- Ability to work across teams, build relationships, and influence executives.
- Ability to work in ambiguous, fluid environments.
- Ability developing and understanding strategy.
About the job
Strategy and Operations is a team of tactical business thinkers and operations specialists who support the VP, Marketing EMEA and the EMEA Marketing Management Group in setting regional strategy, allocating resources, building Marketing to scale, optimizing the business impact and ROI, and articulating Marketing’s goals for communication.
In this role, you will define and run the business management for EMEA Marketing, optimizing ROI, building and driving action plans against priorities.
You will be the executive leader and manager of a team of experienced strategists and marketing program managers, providing excellent consultancy, project management, and marketing capability.

Responsibilities
- Ensure operational discipline in the management of the EMEA Marketing business, through rigorous business management processes.
- Articulate and lead regional level programs, including (e.g., improving measurement and ROI for EMEA Marketing, optimise non-media budgets, or improve operational excellence.
- Collaborate with Finance, Measurement and Analytics, and Global Partner Account Sales and Operations (PA S&Os), and EMEA Marketing VPs to define and track key performance metrics for the business.
- Provide business reporting and performance recommendations to the VP EMEA Marketing and management group interfacing with leaders across EMEA Marketing, Finance, HR, and Legal.
