Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in business development/customer or partner-facing roles relating to public cloud services.
- Experience in supporting partners in creation of GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) based on sales plays and tracking effectiveness with wins.
- Experience in taking new products and solutions to market, developing and driving GTM offerings with Partners.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in launching and landing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) with partners and tracking new business.
- Experience in developing GTM offerings (Analytics, AI/ML, Generative AI) based on industry and regional requirements.
- Experience in winning/delivering cloud agreements.
- Experience in conducting partner executive briefings.
- Understanding of industry offerings.
- Excellent communication skills.

As a part of the Global Analytics and AI Solution PDM (Partner Development Manager) team, you will build C-level relationships with partners, showcase Google Cloud solutions, guide partners in developing their offerings and collaborate closely with sales and engineering teams to drive joint Pipeline, customer success and accelerated adoption.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. - Drive partner growth on Google Cloud by enabling Data and Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions, serving as a trusted advisor across pre-sales and post-sales engagements.
- Lead the end-to-end Go-to-Market (GTM) offering life-cycle, from business case and solutioning to planning, governance, value articulation, differentiation and business modeling.
- Support partners in co-developing GTM offerings, landing with the field and measuring success through business outcomes.
- Manage pipeline development, securing wins and customer references.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing and partner teams to drive the Data and AI business.
