Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program management, client services or management consulting.
- Experience delivering enterprise digital transformation projects to customers (e.g., cloud migrations or multi-cloud transformations across data warehousing and analytics, application development, or cybersecurity solutions).
- Ability to travel up to 50% of the time.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- Experience working with a cross-functional, geographically dispersed team and customer base and collaborating with channel partners, systems integrators, and third-party developers to deliver high-impact solutions.
- Experience leveraging quantitative assessment and analysis for decision-making and prioritization.
- Understanding of the broader Cloud marketplace and the differentiators of various Cloud offerings.
- Ability to quickly learn, understand, and work with new and emerging technologies, methodologies, and solutions in the Cloud and IT technology space.

As a Program Manager, you will act as a Trusted Advisor to our largest customers, ultimately responsible for ensuring their overall success and transformation with Google Distributed Cloud. You will align at the executive level, building and maintaining relationships with business executives and IT stakeholders, and understand their business requirements and goals. You will lead the shared roadmaps to drive customer partnerships, provide technical guidance and program leadership, and facilitate customers’ digital transformation to maximize their value on Google Cloud.
You will draw on your technical, communication and organizational skills to help customers get the most value from their Google Cloud Platform. Your previous experience with enterprise infrastructure implementations, Data center migrations, cloud platform design, Big Data solutions, and application development will play a part in your work driving success and advocating for our most critical strategic customers.
In this role, you will manage all aspects of Google Cloud adoption, helping customers accelerate their journey to our platform, maximize their business and technical operations, and serving as their primary advocate. You will be eager to contribute beyond your role and lead initiatives to improve the customer experience with Google Cloud. You will troubleshoot technical problems for customers with a mix of debugging, networking, system administration, updating documentation, and when needed, coding/scripting. This will include a need to sometimes work non-standard work hours, shifts, or weekends.

Responsibilities
- Drive the program management of multi-functional, Google Cloud Professional Services projects, covering program planning, delivery assurance and verification, tracking and reporting, and risk and mitigation planning.
- Define the overall governance model for the account and establish a cadence to manage the ongoing delivery of the plan.
- Manage the risks, issues, and actions for the accounts and regularly track them to meet the expected outcomes and timelines, building mitigation plans as the program evolves.
- Influence stakeholders, drive the quality delivered by internal and external partner teams and project resources, and provide program leadership aligned to the program objectives.
- Take various project requirements and organize them into clear goals and objectives, and break down large projects and processes into sub-projects and sub-processes that could be executed by other teams or partners.
