Apps and O2O Measurement Lead (English, Spanish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 3 years of experience in Consumer and Market Insights, media measurement, privacy landscape and SDK analysis.
  • 3 years of experience creating customer-facing materials (e.g., pitches, narratives, or one-sheets) for sales teams.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Spanish fluently to support client relationship management in this region.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Data Science, Marketing Analytics, or a related field.
  • Understanding of mobile app ecosystems.
  • Ability to solve complex measurement issues and act independently within a regional team.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and influence teams.
  • Expertise in SKAdNetwork and related privacy solutions.

As an Apps Measurement Lead within the PSD team, you will be a key driver of app growth and measurement across Spanish speaking LATAM markets and their largest clients. This role focuses on providing deep expertise in app measurement strategies, leveraging Google Analytics 4, Firebase, and privacy-safe solutions. By offering expert guidance on app infrastructure, attribution, and audience segmentation, you will empower sales teams and clients to maximize app campaign effectiveness. You will analyze data-driven insights to optimize app performance, educate on privacy-first measurement techniques, and facilitate the integration of app measurement best practices across teams and platforms. You will serve as a central point of contact for app measurement expertise, ensuring strategic alignment, driving measurable growth, and exceeding performance targets in the app ecosystem.

Responsibilities

  • Educate and consult on comprehensive app measurement strategies, focusing on infrastructure design, Firebase SDK implementation, and analyzing the impact of attribution changes on app performance reporting.
  • Provide expertise on privacy-safe app measurement, including SKAdNetwork implementation, aggregate measurement techniques, on-device data strategies, and future-proofing app measurement in a changing privacy landscape.
  • Advise on leveraging LTV and pLTV models for app campaign bidding, including guidance on importing LTV models into VBB, specifically for app user valuation.
  • Understand and advise on the measurement of O2O impact, including sales store improved.
