Video Specialist (English, Turkish)

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience working with digital organizations.
  • Experience with Media Buying (especially TV and YouTube), Video and TV planning process, brand building and YouTube Products.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Turkish fluently in order to interact with internal and external stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Effective organizational, communication and influencing skills, with robust narrative creation and presentation capabilities.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in TV, Social Ads and Influencer Marketing, and knowledge of the competitive landscape (e.g. competing platforms).
  • Experience with TV and/or social ads market, planning and measurement.
  • Customer focus with solid tech and marketing background.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders/ C Level communication, lead cross-team collaborations, and influence on solutions to drive performance.

In this role, you will work to drive programs that position Google’s video suite front and center. You will understand the power of YouTube and video more broadly, how it integrates into TV planning, how programmatic is reshaping the way in which video is consumed and how video drives performance. You will see huge opportunities in this space and are motivated by the opportunity to help brands take advantage of Google’s leading suite of solutions to connect meaningfully with their audiences to advance business. You will be responsible for driving the video strategy, be accountable for strategic goals, while also being able to influence and bring stakeholders across the business.Our Large Customer Sales teams partner closely with many of the world’s biggest advertisers and agencies to develop digital solutions that build businesses and brands. We enjoy a bird’s eye view on the massive transformation occurring as advertising shifts to mobile and online platforms. We're uniquely situated to help shape how companies grow their businesses in the digital age. We advise clients on Google's broad range of products across search, video and mobile to help them connect instantly and seamlessly with their audiences.

Responsibilities

  • Drive the Video product strategy and growth with a focus on our premium ad solutions, tying them to customer business needs. Work closely with clients on their Video strategy, develop frameworks and methodologies to drive performance and brand awareness and grow Video activity.
  • Upskill and build capability for Google video products and measurement solutions among internal and external stakeholders.
  • Work with a group of clients and stakeholders across multiple sectors and levels to guide them with their video strategies and drive product/solution evolutions based on the market needs.
  • Collaborate with internal Google teams to align strategies and ensure seamless execution by using deep industry knowledge, product expertise and strategic thinking.
  • Work with Regional and Global teams, localizing global narratives and providing market feedback to the Product team.
