Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
  • 3 years of experience working on technical Cloud or SaaS related products from conception to launch.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 3 years of experience in a role preparing and delivering technical presentations to senior leadership.
  • 3 years of experience working on growth strategy, adoption targets, or Go-to-Market (GTM).
  • 2 years of experience working cross-functionally with engineering, UX/UI, sales finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Experience with Cloud infrastructure, Cloud Applications, and Generative AI.
  • Expereince utilizing Applied AI in product development.

Our team works closely with creative engineers, designers, marketers, etc. to help design and develop technologies that improve access to the world's information. We're responsible for guiding products throughout the execution cycle, focusing specifically on analyzing, positioning, packaging, promoting, and tailoring our solutions to our users.

As a Product Manager within Cloud Foundations, you will join the Product-Led Sales Assist (PLSA) team to shape the future of Cloud growth. PLSA builds the AI and machine learning products that power the Google Cloud Platform (GCP) sales engine and help customers innovate through a hybrid sales model. Your mission is to leverage our signal intelligence platform to transform raw cloud telemetry into high-intent insights. You will deliver a robust pipeline of Product Qualified Leads (PQLs) for strategic GCP product lines to the sales organization. In this role, you will act as a growth architect who aligns sales priorities with PLSA intelligence to drive product adoption and expansion.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $156,000-$229,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Own growth and adoption targets for high-visibility GCP products, including quarterly and annual Product-Qualified Lead (PQL) roadmaps that align with Google Cloud sales plays.
  • Be able to productize high-intent customer signals and conversion triggers in partnership with engineering and sales teams.
  • Apply deep data analytics to diagnose adoption barriers and translate complex logic into clear PRDs.
  • Partner with customer engineers to validate growth opportunities, ensuring product insights are actionable, high-value, and contextually relevant for sales teams to close agreements. Build consensus across leadership to support the overall product growth narrative.
  • Analyze the pain points of both internal stakeholders and end-customers through data analysis, qualitative discussions, and market research. Serve as the primary orchestrator between engineering and sales to streamline cross-functional workflows.
