Senior Measurement Lead Manager, SDS, Large Customer Sales

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 15 years of experience in digital media, sales, marketing, or product roles.
  • Experience with people management, and leading and developing a sales team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with marketing analytics tools (e.g., experimentation frameworks, attribution models, measuring incrementally, statistical approaches, SQL, R, Python etc.).
  • Experience using or deploying digital analytics, measurement, and ad tech solutions, both Google-owned and across the broader advertising ecosystem.
  • Experience launching programs at scale, with an operational mindset.
  • Experience with business or sales pipeline management and reporting.
  • Understand Google's full Workspace of measurement and data integration capabilities.
  • Ability to influence and communicate cross-functionally with all levels of management internally and externally.

As the Head of Measurement Leads in the Search Design System (SDS) Sector, you will be responsible for understanding the measurement and data integration ecosystem and to translate complex technical concepts int actionable strategies for the Analytical Leads and Data Transformation Leads to bring forward to customers.

In this role, you will lead, coach, inspire and motivate MLs to prioritize high-impact opportunities, and replicate successful approaches across verticals and subjects, and establish clear areas of ownership across teams in the SDS Sector. You will represent and enable relationships with teams across GBO, including other Sector/Geo DM&A teams, GPS leaders, Product GTM, Performance and Video Specialists in SDS and more. You will stay updated on industry trends and infuse them into the activation of Measurement strategies.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $173,000-$243,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Responsible for developing and executing the SDS Sector Data, Measurement and Analytics strategy.
  • Partner with Analytical Leads/Data Transformation Leads, Global Product Solution and Product GTM to translate Google priorities into Sector strategy and provide feedback where there are gaps or roadblocks, particularly across Value- and Privacy-Centric Measurement, Incrementality, and Cross-Media Measurement.
  • Partner with the Vertical Heads of DM&A to translate the Sector strategy to specific verticals (Apps, Tech B2B, Education and Careers, Home and Consumer Services and Landmark), accounting for business nuances.
  • Empower the Measurement Leads to build expertise in their domain and enable the Analytical Leads and Data Transformation Leads to execute at depth and scale.
