- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.
Preferred qualifications:
- MBA degree.
- Experience in strategic consulting, sales support, and market research.
- Excellent problem-solving, investigative, written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in spreadsheet and presentation software, dashboards/PLX.
- Ability to build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and successfully navigating and influence strong personalities within a complex business environment.
- Ability to pay attention to detail while handling multiple, simultaneous projects under deadline pressure.

The Go-to-Market Operations (GTM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are investigative and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.Responsibilities
- Partner with Sales Leadership to develop go-to-market sales strategy and execution for our Media and Entertainment vertical.
- Drive annual and quarterly planning for these teams, including regular updates to leadership.
- Drive operations for this team, including resource structure and allocation, engagement models, leading management meetings, setting KPIs and measuring progress.
- Identify opportunities to grow and improve efficiencies; lead efforts to scale best practices.
- Participate and help steer global/regional initiatives, as appropriate, and ensure that these initiatives are effectively rolled out to Media and Entertainment.
