Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 2 years of experience in recruiting, human resources, business development, business operations or account management.
  • 1 year of recruiting experience at an agency or in-house recruiting team.

Preferred qualifications:

  • 2 years of experience recruiting for technical or non-technical profiles in an agency or corporate setting.
  • Experience closing applicants and negotiating complex compensation packages.
  • Track record of personal accountability, strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to solve complex problems and deliver significant impact as an individual contributor.
  • Ability to handle customer relationship management, provide strong customer consultative skills and work in a large-team environment.
  • Excellent communication and people management skills, with the ability to take initiative and build strong, productive relationships.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $88,000-$126,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Operate as a full-lifecycle recruiter driving tech talent acquisition by both building pipelines and closing applicants.
  • Provide an efficient and high-touch experience for every applicant from application stage to offer, evaluating skill level, driving the interview process and offer process, including reference checks and salary recommendations.
  • Source active and passive applicants through employee referrals, networking, internal databases, contact lists and research.
  • Negotiate complex offers to close applicants by leveraging and partnering with senior management, and other groups as necessary.
  • Communicate effectively with the interview team to ensure preparedness during the interview process. Share and exchange information with all levels of management.
