Drive business growth by identifying and activating high-impact YouTube opportunities for Google's top US video clients, creative agencies, and partners. In this role, you will manage top video customers within specific verticals, building strong relationships to understand client goals. You will build and execute strategies to deliver exceptional business results via effective YouTube creative, managing multiple priorities and taking personal accountability for client and team success.

You'll lead strategic conversations with executive and practitioner-level stakeholders to foster mutually beneficial partnerships, and establish feedback loops with internal and external partners and their teams to ensure business knowledge and thought leadership programs are effective.

Google's Large Customer Sales (LCS) teams are strategic partners and industry thought leaders to the world's leading brands and agencies. We continuously challenge how customers think about their business and how Google can support growth. We focus on helping these players navigate profound industry shifts and drive outsized business performance by competitively selling Google's full suite of advertising solutions across Search, YouTube, Measurement, and more. As a member of our LCS team, you'll have the unique opportunity to sell at the forefront of technology, collaborating with executives, influencing market-shaping strategies, and delivering tangible results that significantly impact major global businesses and drive the growth of Google.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $138,000-$205,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with your Sales partners (ID/HOIAEs and Vertical Video Leads) to gather and distill business intelligence on the vertical(s) to which you are assigned, and co-author and roll out a YouTube creative business strategy for your book of business.
  • Lead a high-performing creative team culture together with your peers to focus your collective efforts on opportunities with the greatest potential for the client and Google business impact.
  • Execute on the team mission and enable brands to fully leverage the incredible creative canvas that is YouTube.
