Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in partnerships, consulting, strategy, product, or related field.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with one or more of the following industries (e.g., Automotive, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, Software).
  • Experience in managing and delivering strategy projects (e.g., strategic plan, new product launch) from inception to deployment.
  • Ability to cultivate close working relationships with key leaders internally and externally.
  • Ability to manage ambiguity, to solve complex problems, and scale solutions effectively across a large and highly distributed organization.
  • Ability to operate effectively in a large, matrixed organization and build trusted, productive relationships internally and externally.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships across Cloud, Ads, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

In this role, you will shape how Google partners with our strategic partners across industries. With your unique purview across all Google/Alphabet products and services, you'll design a long-term strategy to drive business growth and product priorities for Google while solving for your partners' greatest business challenges. You'll work cross-functionally internally and externally to provide valued counsel to executives, land and execute actionable recommendations, and lead new business opportunities/partnership workstreams.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $134,000-$196,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities

  • Lead the cross-Google partnerships with top partners and agreement pursuits, including developing/managing relationships with key stakeholders at the partners.
  • Develop a clear strategy to align Google against the partners’ most pressing strategic objectives and drive commercial growth and product priorities for Google.
  • Lead executive engagement, including preparing briefings for Google executives, setting clear objectives, and ensuring alignment and activation across Google.
  • Facilitate and coordinate communities of sales teams working with your partners, creating internal transparency, cohesion and clear objectives. Be the internal point of contact for all Google teams engaging with the partner.
  • Provide thought leadership to grow Google’s business in our industries (e.g., Automotive, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Energy, or ISVs), including developing playbooks on critical topics (i.e., GenAI, Policy Advocacy) and advising leaders.
