Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 10 years of experience in program or project management.
- 10 years of experience in supply chain operations, specializing in materials management, inventory control or physical delivery of technical hardware.
- 7 years of experience in a leadership role with direct reports.
- 5 years of experience driving programs in cloud infrastructure.
Preferred qualifications:
- 10 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- 5 years of experience in material requirements planning and inventory management, with experience in ERP (e.g. SAP) systems and data analysis (e.g. SQL).
- Experience with the supply chain and delivery of infrastructure as a service or similar complex distributed hardware.
- Experience implementing and optimizing warehouse management system processes to support advanced inventory control and configuration/kitting operations.
- Expertise in global logistics and transportation, specifically managing secure, last-mile delivery for high-value technical assets.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $221,000-$311,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities
- Lead the execution and logistics network to ensure all hardware shipments meet on-time and in-full commitments to the customer.
- Maintain global accountability for all GDC assets and enforce policies for inventory accuracy and materials control across the supply chain.
- Oversee kitting and staging operations to ensure the final product configuration precisely matches the customer’s bill of materials.
- Own the materials and logistics operational expenditure budget and serve as the execution leader in the sales and operations planning process.
- Design and manage the end-to-end material flow for returns, refurbishment, and end-of-life asset disposition.
