Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 8 years of experience in product management or related technical role.
- 3 years of experience taking technical products from conception to launch.
- Experience developing or launching infrastructure products or technologies within networking, storage, compute hardware, databases, file systems, data analytics, cluster management, and other software infrastructure areas.
Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
- 8 years of experience in product management, with 5 years focused on the security domain, including areas like cloud security, Identity and Access Management (IAM), cryptography, or endpoint security.
- 5 years of experience building and launching security products specifically for enterprise or public sector customers.
- Experience building large-scale distributed systems and working with full-stack products that include both hardware and software.
- Ability to innovate and solve ambiguous problems while collaborating effectively with others.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with outstanding narrative and storytelling abilities.

In this role, you will create and maintain a customer roadmap prioritized for operational scale to address customer needs, and partner with our outbound product management teams to create GTM strategies, and drive growth for the GDC security portfolio of products and services.Google Cloud accelerates every organization’s ability to digitally transform its business and industry. Responsibilities
- Drive the Google Distributed Cloud (GDC) Security strategy, leading the product definition and execution of the GDC Security and Trusted Infrastructure platform.
- Oversee the public sector and regulated enterprise security roadmap by gathering customer requirements, insights, and feedback to inform product development and ensure differentiated features and effective launches.
- Serve as a trusted advisor for regulated enterprise customers, collaborating to deliver transformational GDC Security deployments and building excellent lasting customer relationships.
- Partner closely with Outbound Product Management (OPM) and Go-to-Market (GTM) teams to create compelling strategies, drive alignment across sales, product, and engineering, and accelerate business for the GDC business.
- Collaborate with teams to support the expansion of partner and customer business, while identifying and implementing strategies for operational efficiency.
