As a Program Manager at Google, you’ll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.

As a Program Manager for Cloud Supply Chain Operations (CSCO), you will deliver to Google's technical infrastructure. You will be responsible for managing complex programs, defining requirements, managing project schedules and communicating to stakeholders. You will be accountable for delivery on behalf of CSCO's customers and users.

Responsibilities

  • Form partnerships with New Product Introduction (NPI) Operations and Platforms teams. Form partnerships with stakeholders and leaders across organizations to drive alignment and structured communication across multiple organizational stakeholders.
  • Execute rationalized Product Configuration Strategy from Concept to General Availability (GA) by planning and executing Product Onboarding workflow operations. Develop Expertise in Google Product Configuration workflows.
  • Manage milestone schedules for NPI program test ordering. Use technical and business judgment to prioritize and escalate partner team requests.
  • Drive change event impact analysis and adjust plans of record across all relevant systems of record. Steer and land product transitions with minimal disruption to Products Areas (PAs).
  • Drive development and optimization of product transition processes and tools to automate and scale.
